Sarah Tahir is an attorney in the Dallas office of Mahomes Bolden. Ms. Tahir advises a breadth of clients in three (3) key practice areas. First, as a member of the firm’s preeminent public finance group, Ms. Tahir works alongside a trusted group Mahomes Bolden attorneys who are regularly engaged, in both tax-exempt and taxable bond financings, to represent a variety of Texas counties, cities, independent school districts, housing and tollway authorities, investment banks and other related entities as (i) bond counsel, (ii) disclosure counsel, (iii) issuer’s counsel and (iv) underwriters’ counsel.
In addition to her public finance work, Ms. Tahir also diligently represents a wide variety of business clients, including individuals, small businesses and large corporations on complex corporate and governance related legal matters, including diligence and contract drafting, review and management. Lastly, Ms. Tahir leverages her corporate and public finance expertise in the strategic representation of commercial landlords and tenants in real estate matters.
